PAUL LATCHFORD

Executive Chairman

Mr. Latchford has over 30 years in the international and domestic Telecommunications market. Mr. Latchford is the Chief Executive Officer for Spencer Trask Media and Communications Group LLC, (“STMC”), where he is responsible for selecting and managing STMC’s portfolio investments in various private and public companies. Mr. Latchford is currently a Director of SkyTerra Communications (SKYT), Parelec, and Neptec Optical Solutions. From 1979 through 1997, Mr. Latchford held several senior vice president positions with Telecom industry leaders such as the Bechtel Group and Bell Atlantic.

ALLEN KUPETZ

Allen H. Kupetz is the executive-in-residence at the Crummer Graduate School of Business and president of Kpartnerz, Inc., an international management consulting firm. His 2008 book, The Future of Less, earned him a reputation as a recognized thought leader on the present and future impact of technology on individuals and corporations.

RICHARD LICURSI

Mr. Licursi is the CEO and co-founder of Spectrum Bridge, the world’s first on-line commodity exchange exclusively for the dynamic trading of wireless spectrum. Prior to Spectrum Bridge, Mr. Licursi was a co-founder, President and CEO of MeshNetworks Inc., which became recognized as the global leader in mobile mesh networking technology. Upon Motorola’s acquisition of MeshNetworks in 2004, he held the position of Vice President and Director of Operations for the Mesh Product Group.
