ANDY MULLINS
Chief Executive Officer
Mr. Mullins has served as president and chief executive officer of Precyse Technologies (Precyse) and as a member of the Precyse board of directors since June, 2010. As CEO of one of the industry’s premier, up and coming RIFD technology companies, Mr. Mullins is helping lead Precyse into a new phase of advancement by focusing on technology innovations that solve critical market needs.

Prior to joining Precyse, Mr. Mullins was the chairman and general partner of OpX Capital Partners where he was instrumental in developing a vision that penetrated new market development opportunities. Before founding OpX, he was the Chief Executive Officer of DataPath, Inc., a provider of satellite and wireless communications networks. At DataPath, Mr. Mullins increased the company’s revenue and net income significantly, while also improving operational efficiencies, developing advanced leadership models, and instituting improved quality management. Mr. Mullins is a former president and Chief Operating Officer of Candle Corporation (“Candle”), where he led the development of complex computing software and services utilized by global 100 and Fortune 500 companies. He headed the mergers and acquisition team commissioned to find a buyer for Candle, which was sold to IBM Corporation in 2004. Mr. Mullins also held executive positions at MCI Communications, Inc., as well as Digital Equipment Corporation, where he managed advanced technology directives related to communications, networking, and data center management. Mr. Mullins began his career as the director of computing services for two universities – West Virginia University, where he attended graduate school, and Concord University, where he graduated Magna Cum Laude with a Bachelor of Science degree.
 
MICHAEL BRAIMAN
Chief Technology Officer
Mr. Braiman has served as Chief Technology Officer (CTO) of the company since 2006, when he co-founded Precyse Israel (and subsequently co-founded Precyse Inc. in 2009). He currently is a member of the Precyse board of directors. As CTO, Mr. Braiman is responsible for strategic innovation, where he identifies and leads the company’s technology vision while also integrating new and existing technologies into future product designs.

Prior to co-founding Precyse, Mr. Braiman was Vice President of Research and Development of Septier Communications, an Israeli telecommunication company developing various telecom systems such as AGPS for locating cellular devices, as well as several different surveillance systems. These systems were successfully developed and deployed in Israel, India, Cyprus, Mexico and other countries. Before joining Septier, Mr. Braiman was CTO and Vice President of Research and Development of Ipex Israel, where he was responsible for leading the company’s development and integration activities in the telecom industry. In his role as CTO, Mr. Braiman was also instrumental in managing the high growth rate of the company which eventually led to a positive merger with Ness Technologies, resulting in the formation of the largest integration company in Israel. Mr. Braiman previously was a Research Officer in the Institute of Chemistry, Russian Academic of Science, in Nizny Novgorod, Russia. He received his MSc in Computer Science and Radio Electronics from Nizny Novgorod State Technical University, Russia. Mr. Braiman is member of Israeli Engineering Society.
 
ROM EIZENBERG
Chief Marketing Officer
Mr. Eizenberg has served as Chief Marketing Officer of the company since 2006, when he co-founded Precyse Israel (and subsequently co-founded Precyse Inc. in 2009). He is responsible for the company’s commercial activity, covering sales, business development, and marketing.

Prior to co-founding Precyse, Mr. Eizenberg served as co-founder and chief marketing officer at Cellular Magic and Pixel Technologies, two startup companies in the telecom business, both of which were profitably sold to Electronic Arts. Mr. Eizenberg has extensive background in emerging technology management, working in senior positions for Ness Technologies where he led the creation of a new application service provider (ASP) business unit, positioning NESS as an industry market leader. Working in the RFID industry for over seven years, Mr. Eizenberg also managed an RFID practice at Hewlett-Packard. Mr. Eizenberg served as a Captain in the Israeli army as the operations executive officer for the 52nd armored brigade. He received his B.A. in international economics and management from SDA Bocconi University in Milan, Italy.
 
BABAK AGHEVLI
Vice President of Global Professional Services
Mr. Aghevli has served as Vice President of Global Professional Services at Precyse since July, 2010, and is responsible for the installation and effective operation of the company’s solutions at customer installations across the globe.

Mr. Aghevli has worked in the technology sector his entire career, and has experience in both start-up and Fortune 100 companies. Prior to joining Precyse Technologies, he was CIO at DataPath, responsible for the company’s entire IT portfolio. Before DataPath, Mr. Aghevli was CIO of Candle Corporation, a mainframe and midrange software solution company. He also held a senior leadership position at KPMG Consulting, where he supervised projects for the cable and wireless division with more than $9 million in professional fees. Mr. Aghevli formerly held a senior leadership position at MCI, where he was responsible for implementing infrastructure hardware and software (ERP and Business Intelligence) applications to improve customer satisfaction and product quality. Additionally, Mr. Aghevli has designed and implemented major network transitions, disaster recovery, record retention, data center build-out and relocation, server and desktop support, and change management programs/processes to support organizational transformation. Mr. Aghevli completed his electrical engineering degree at North Carolina State University.
 
ANN HAEHN
Vice President Product Strategy and Product Management
Ms. Haehn has served as Vice President of Product Strategy and Product Management at Precyse since October 2010, and is responsible for driving strategic product initiatives across Precyse Technologies’ network, hardware and software solution sets.

Over the span of her career, Ms. Haehn has been responsible for the product evolution of selected satellite, cable, and wireless communications systems; various business software solutions; and consulting fee-based services. Prior to joining Precyse, Ms, Haehn was Vice President of Strategy/IT at DataPath, Inc., which was acquired by Rockwell Collins in 2009. While at DataPath and Rockwell Collins, Ms. Haehn was responsible for leading a team of product managers and project managers that defined the overall solution requirements for the company’s satellite communication products, which included market definitions, competitive assessments, specific product requirements, and product launch activities. Before DataPath/Rockwell, Ms. Haehn held leadership positions related to product and market management at IBM/Candle Corp, KPMG/BearingPoint, and MCI. She holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in English with a minor in Anthropology from the University of Colorado.
 
ROBERT KOWALIK
Vice President of Global Sales
Mr. Kowalik has served as Vice President of Global Sales since joining Precyse in December 2010, and is responsible for leading a direct sales team that is responsible for executing the company’s world-wide sales and go-to-market plans that create sustainable, long-term revenue growth.

Mr. Kowalik has over 15 years of experience leading sales for early stage and technology pioneer companies offering enterprise solutions for manufacturing and supply chain applications worldwide, with emphasis on active and passive RFID systems. Prior to joining Precyse, he led market entry sales efforts for Real Time Location RFID companies including Mojix, Ubisense, AeroScout, and PinPoint. Mr. Kowalik has vast experience leading successful sales efforts from market entry through market leadership, including sales and channel strategy and market development. Previously, Mr. Kowalik held sales and account management positions with Oracle, VerticalNet, and Macola. He is a Chicago native and holds a Bachelors degree from the University of Wisconsin and a Masters in Business Administration from Loyola University.
 
KEVIN TARBELL
Vice President of Finance
and Administration
Mr. Tarbell has served as Vice President of Finance and Administration at Precyse since November 2010, and is responsible for Financial Reporting and Planning, Accounting, Tax, Audit, Human Resources, Corporate Compliance and General Administration.

With over 15 years of experience in technology companies, Mr. Tarbell has a track record of successfully building and leading Finance groups in organizations ranging from small startup to large multinational. Mr. Tarbell held prior financial leadership roles at Per-Se Technologies, SITA, Webvan and Gray Ghost Ventures. As such, he was responsible for instituting corporate-wide financial and administrative objectives and policies that adhered to prudent business practices and corporate compliance. He earned a BBA in Accounting from The University of Iowa and currently holds his CPA license in Georgia. He is a member of the Georgia Society of CPA's, the American Institute of Public Accountants, as well as the local CPA chapter in Buckhead.
 
REUVEN BEN HAIM
Vice President of R&D
Mr. Ben Haim has served as Vice President of R&D and R&D center GM at Precyse since January 2011. Leading the company’s technology research and product development group, Mr. Ben Haim drives hardware and software delivery to market. Mr. Ben Haim has over 25 years of experience in the telecom, communication and mobile industries - developing and delivering projects to global customers.

Prior to joining Precyse, Mr. Ben Haim delivered large scale software projects to major cellular operators at North America, for Comverse - a global Billing and VAS company. Before that, Mr. Ben Haim was Vice President of Operations at Celltick – a mobile solutions company, and played an active role in the development of the company’s products while laying the foundations for the company’s Professional Services, Customer Support and Project Management processes - globally. Prior to that, Mr. Ben Haim headed the Outsourcing Service division at the Israeli-based Ness Technologies, an IT consulting company and worked as a senior project manager and consultant for large-scale projects in the telecom market. Early in his career, Mr. Ben Haim worked at the Israeli embassy in Washington D.C as a telecom officer and developed one of the core mail systems for the Foreign Ministry. Mr. Ben Haim holds an MBA from the College of Management - Academic Studies (COMAS) in Israel, and a bachelor's degree in computer science from Maryland University, USA
 
LEIF CHASTAINE
Vice President of Enterprise Solutions
Mr. Chastaine joined Precyse in September of 2011 as the Vice President of Enterprise Solutions and is responsible for defining, packaging and driving go-to-market initiatives for Precyse’s new enterprise class solution and application offerings.

Prior to joining Precyse, Mr. Chastaine held a variety of management positions with early stage software companies. Most recently, Leif lead enterprise sales and marketing efforts at InSync Software, Inc., a provider of auto-id enabled software solutions. Mr. Chastaine has over 15 years of experience in the technology industry including roles in senior product management, marketing, sales, and business development roles with Inovis, Peregrine Systems and Extricity Software. Additionally, Mr. Chastaine has successfully led several system deployment projects including product scheduling, master scheduling, and distribution optimization systems at Ore-Ida Foods (a wholly owned subsidiary of HJ Heinz) and also served as an aerial navigator in the USMC. Leif holds a B.B.A. in Production and Operations Management with honors from Boise State University.
