ANDY MULLINS

President & CEO

Mr. Mullins brings to Precyse a lifetime of executive experience growing technology companies. Prior to joining Precyse, Mr. Mullins was the chairman and general partner of OpX Capital Partners. Prior to founding OpX, he was the Chief Executive Officer of DataPath Inc., a provider of satellite and wireless communications networks for the department of defense and private sector users. Prior to DataPath Mr. Mullins was the president and Chief Operating Officer of Candle Corporation, a leader in the software and service industry that managed the complex computing environments of a high percentage of the global 100 and the Fortune 500. He led the mergers and acquisition team commissioned to find a buyer for Candle, which was sold to IBM Corporation in 2004. Prior to Candle Mr. Mullins worked as an executive for MCI Communications and the Digital Equipment Corporation. Mr. Mullins completed his graduate degree at West Virginia University.

MICHAEL BRAIMAN

Co-Founder, CTO

Mr. Briaman has over 17 years of experience developing wireless technologies. Prior to co-founding Precyse, Mr. Briaman was the Vice President of R&D at Septier Communications, developing various systems for the telecom industry such as a GPS for locating cellular devices and various surveillance systems. From 1994 to 2000, Mr. Braiman was CTO and Vice President of R&D of Ipex Israel. As CTO, Mr. Braiman was instrumental in the growth of the company from 12 to more than 1,000 employees within 4.5 years until it was acquired by Ness Technologies for over $400M. From 1982 to 1990 Mr. Braiman was the Research Officer in the Institute of Chemistry, Russian Academic of Science, in Nizny Novgorod. Mr. Braiman received his M.Sc. in Computer Science and Radio Electronics from Nizny Novgorod State Technical University, Russia. Mr. Braiman is member of Israeli Engineering Society.

ROM EIZENBERG

Co-Founder, CMO

Mr. Eizenberg holds over 11 years of experience in the telecommunications industry. Prior to co-founding Precyse, Mr. Eizenberg cofounder and served as chief marketing officer at Cellular Magic and later in Pixel Technologies, two startup companies in the telecom business, sold to Electronic Arts. Mr. Eizenberg has extensive background in emerging technologies management, working in senior positions for Ness Technologies and later managing an RFID practice at Hewlett Packard. Mr. Eizenberg served as a Captain in the Israeli army as the executive operations officer for the 52nd armored brigade. He received his B.Sc. in International Economics and Management from SDA Bocconi University in Milan, Italy.

BILL LANG

Director Sales, NA

Mr. Lang has over 25 years of sales, marketing, business development, and operations experience with global enterprises. Prior to joining Precyse, Mr. Lang served as Vice President of Sales and Business Development for 2 successful wireless start-ups, Casabyte and CNet. Bill has established sales and distribution channels on 5 continents, has held senior management positions with Ameritech International and Citicorp, and served on the Boards of Casabyte and CNet. He attended the University of Texas at Arlington, graduated from Florida College, and is actively involved as an Advisor to Dallas/Fort Worth-based technology incubators.

JOHN READ

VP Professional Services

Mr. Read has over 30 years of experience in the areas of communications and network management. Prior to joining Precyse, Mr. Read was a cofounder and CEO of Casabyte Inc. Casabyte developed and marketed large scale cellular network test systems. The company was acquired by JDSU in 2007. From 1990 to 1996 Mr. Read was a Principal and the VP of Engineering for Bridgeway Corporation. Bridgeway provides solutions to integrate proprietary system management implementations into standards based solutions, such as SNMP. From 1983 to 1990 Mr. Read was a Member of the Technical Staff at AT&T Bell Laboratories. He holds an M.E. degree from the University of Oklahoma and a B.sc. in Electrical Engineering with Honors from the University of Oklahoma. Mr. Read spent 7 years in the U.S. Army Security Agency.
